I had the pleasure of accompanying this lovely little family on an afternoon adventure to John U. Lloyd State park over the weekend for their family photography session. They were so worried about trying to take family photos with their rambunctious toddler but in the end, the fun silly portraits of their sweet girl were their favorites. I’m so glad that they took the time out of their hectic schedules to document this fun afternoon with their daughter. Years from now they will cherish these memories.
I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my Friday afternoon. Their rambunctious two year old kept me on my toes and I loved the challenge of chasing her around the sand (all of the years of teaching preschool art are paying off!)

They are one of those families that exude joy and happiness. No matter what obstacles came our way, they always had a smile of their faces. The images speak for themselves..
